I was able to spend some time with the book this weekend… It’s really going to be wonderfully useful to the younger crop of physicians who are trying to figure out how to succeed in creating and/or implementing digital health solutions. I love how you weave in historical lessons learned and great little pop facts… and ground it in established change management theories.
